Today India needs both innovation and technology which are backbone for modern economical development. Innovation in any field is possible by combined effort of industrial and research centers. Innovative development in the fields like digital, media and entertainment, infrastructure development, social life should be carried out by building the platform for small to big companies. Companies should give more importance to development and researching in their respective fields to keep in race.
I think we need strong political and leader ship quality in new government which should boost our national integrity. We have to attract the investors in various sectors basically for urban and rural development.

Today I found one interesting article on how innovations would make daily life needs simple and joyful. But these innovations still in discussion stage.
Do you ever thought about buying the products and paying the bills through your sweet heart mobile ?. If you are in depression then it can be detected by the voice tone. All these things possible by the software which would be implemented in mobiles in near future.
These discussions were under gone at MIT’s first-ever emerging technologies conference in Delhi.
More young entrepreneurs are thinking these simple aspects of our daily life needs.
These innovations cannot be delivered in highly acclaimed research centers or in controlled atmosphere. Best innovations are all coming to picture by meeting the people, and understanding how well common urban man using the technology more effective way.

Even after the continent of Antarctica had drifted to near its present location, its climate was subtropical. Then, 35.5 million years ago, ice formed on Antarctica in about 100,000 years, which is an "overnight" shift in geological terms.
"Our studies show that just over thirty-five million years ago, 'poof,' there was an ice sheet where there had been subtropical temperatures before," said Matthew Huber, assistant professor of earth and atmospheric sciences at Purdue University.

The research was supported in part by the National Science Foundation and the U.S. Army Research Office. The research will be presented in May at the International Conference on Software Engineering in Vancouver, Canada, and will also be published in the proceedings of the conference.
Through this software tool a major hurdle in translating the thousands of lines of coding time can be saved. Programmers have to be sure they are not replacing code that necessitates how the application/program really works.
But through this software tool discovers those pieces of software code that are designed to appear on-screen and communicate with the user such as menu items, as opposed to those pieces of code that order how the program really operates. When those "on-screen" pieces of code have been identified, the programmers can translate them into the applicable language, like translating the tabs on a toolbar from English into Chinese.

Cellulosic ethanol is a biofuel mainly produced from agricultural and forestry wastage like wood, non-edible parts of plants, grasses etc. It is a environment friendly and renewable energy for transportation fuel.
The difference between Cellulosic ethanol and Conventional ethanol :
Conventional ethanol obtained from edible parts of the food grains, which is usually less productive. Where as cellulosic ethanol can be obtained from non edible parts of food grains like cereal straws and corn stover or from dedicated crops.
Dedicated crops includes sugarcane, cotton woods and switch grass. These crops are raw material for biofuel energy. And all these crops are ability to re-grow with short term life cycle. Advantage is it allows to multiple harvesting without re-planting. These food raw materials are cheap and ample.
Cellulosic ethanol emits less carbon so directly reduces green house effect.

Their is a fear of data loss from pc or laptop crashes and losing important data. But through this evolution that problem is expected very less.
All these online storing and processing is done regularly in "Cloud" and accesed through any where in the world.
But their is also be a fear giving all of our identity and information to outside world, which most of the people hate to do that.

Scientists are edging closer to a potential cure for debilitating genetic diseases like Huntington's disease, Friedreich's ataxia and Fragile X syndrome, thanks to a recent breakthrough led by an Indian Australian. The finding is the outcome of collaboration between a team led by Sureshkumar Balasubramanian of Queensland university School of Biological Sciences and Detlef Weigel at the Max Planck Institute for Developmental Biology in Germany.Balasubramanian studies how different environmental conditions modulate developmental processes in plants. Specifically he aims to understand how plants respond to changes in temperature at a molecular mechanistic level. The study identifies an expansion of a repeat pattern in the DNA of the plant Arabidopsis thaliana that has striking parallels to the DNA repeat patterns observed in humans suffering from neuronal disorders such as Huntington's disease and Fredereich's ataxia."It opens up a whole new array of possibilities for future research, some of which could have potential implications for humans," Balasubramanian said. The types of diseases the research relates to, which are caused by "triplet repeat expansions" in DNA, become more severe through the generations but were difficult to study in humans due to the long timeframes involved, said a university release.A plant model with a relatively short lifespan would allow scientists to study DNA mutations over several generations, Balasubramanian said.

Yellow band disease (YBD)-a bacterial infection that sickens coral colonies- is apparently getting worse with global warming sayresearchers, who have now identified the bacteria responsible for the disease. Researchers at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) have reported isolating the bacteria that cause YBD: a group of four new Vibrio species, which combine with existing Vibrio on the coral to attack the zooxanthellae, which are the photosynthetic symbionts of corals. The study further indicated that due to temperature rise in the coastal and sea level making the infected Coral more destructive to over come this. Due to global warming these precious ocean species already coming to an extinct. Their is clear indication that life of ocean living organisms in a dangerous level.
YBD is characterised by a swath of pale-yellow or white lesions along the surface of an infected coral colony.
The discoloured band is a mark of death, indicating where the bacterial infection has killed the zooxanthellae. The coral host suffers from cellular damage and starves without its major energy source, and usually does not recover.

The state-of-the-art gadget has been designed by the British company Lok8u. For a mere £149 worried parents can keep an eye on their children’s whereabouts through a GPS chip hidden inside the watch, similar to the chip inside a satnav. The chip can transmit the location of the child and alert parents by text as accurately as the name of the road the child is sited.Resource : RussiaToday
Steve Salmon, Lok8u’s chief executive feels confident the watch will give children more freedom. He said,
“It is my profound hope that Num8 will help parents feel more comfortable about letting their children go out and play”.
Some other Child safety devices
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Based Devices like The BrickHouse Child Locator alert you to a wandering child and helps locate them with a hand held unit. This kind of system can find children quickly within a range of 300 to 600 Feet.
Simple Audio Alert Units like Mommy I'm Here feature a cute Teddy Bear Receiver your child wears, triggers a loud 56 DB intermittent chirp/beeping sound when the parent pushes a button on the hand held remote.
GPS Logging Devices such as the PocketTrack will tell you where your child has been after you download the data collected on the GPS Logger to your PC to view the maps and data.
GPS Real Time Tracking Systems like the TrimTracXS ideal for monitoring the whereabouts of teen drivers enables you to log on to the Internet and see where your child is at any moment. There have been attempts to develop a Real Time GPS Unit the size of a wristwatch for children, but so far battery life and other issues have made this system unreliable. We continue to work on finding a system to fit this need.

It is better to set up power options according to your needs and most recommanded set up is using the stand by or hibernate mode. If it is possible try to turnoff the monitor after every 15 or 30 minutes.
Stand By will use less power and when you are ready to continue working, it won't take long to startup again. This is recommended for your short breaks from work.
Both Stand By and Hibernate are good options to lower the power consumption of your computer. And avoid the using screen savers.
For laptop, turn off your wireless card if you are not using it, and reducing the brightness of your monitor. This can also help your battery last longer.
By reducing your computer's power consumption you will also reduce your energy bill and CO2 emissions. You will also be saving trees and helping the environment.
5 ways you can help to decrease power consumption on your computer
- Blackle was created to provide a front end to Google, but with a black background. Blackle saves energy because the screen is predominantly black.
- CO2 Saver is a free toolbar released by Snap and is a lightweight application that runs in Windows. It adjusts your Windows power settings so that your computer, monitor and hard drive consumes less electricity when you’re not actively using them
- If you don't feel comfortable messing with the Power Options, there is a software called Local Cooling. This software is completely free and it will optimize your computer's power consumption by using a more effective power save mode. It will also keep showing you how much energy and how many trees you have saved because of using that software. To download it please visit www.localcooling.com
- Energy Star is an international standard for energy efficient consumer products.
- Use LCD monitors. Some sources quote CRT monitors as consuming 250% more power than LCD screens of similar size.
